Del's Diner

One of the best chicken fried steak I have ever had. The pinto beans were excellent and had their own seasonings like I have never tasted before. Interesting that this place allows smoking. Did not bother me. In fact, I thought it added a bit of personality to the diner. Old school with pictures of Elvis. Lastly highly recommend the berries cheese cake. Enjoy!

Very unfortunate! Very nice staff, but sadly no where near a NON-SMOKING establishment. The state of Texas does not "require" restaurants to have a totally separated area for patrons who don't smoke, so when eating at Del's, if you don't smoke, or allergic to cigarette smoke....DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EAT HERE. There is a sign saying a non-smoking area, but that area was just as inundated with 2nd hand smoke as the smoking area. I was sick for 2 weeks. Surely will not be returning. ???? Parking: They are located in a strip mall type parking lot.

Wife's fav spot. Great food good price and smoking section. Staff are always super friendly. Food is great prices and very good. Highly recommend trying it out. Recommended dishes Biscuit and Gravy, Big Country Fried Steak, Hash Browns or Home Fries … More
