I love captain d's but the last 3 times, I've been very disappointed... 1st time I ordered Mac and cheese, and I received a cup of cheese without the Mac. 2nd time the fish wasn't cooked all the way done.. 3rd time I ordered funnel cake sticks and received mozzarella sticks. I called back up there they said I could come back up there but I don't live close to Hackcross so when I came back out there this week I addressed it and the manager , the one with the horse mouth was very rude, when she gave me my food I was going to tell her the woman was in there there that I talked too and that had took my order,but she pushed the food in my hand and as I was getting ready to ask her question...,and she looking at me at the time she turned her back and left me sitting there. I work too hard for my money and hell yeah I want my money back! The Captain D's on Hackscross

This is my 2nd time visiting this location and each time fish wasn't good. It taste like chicken. The texture wasn't right like it could have spent more time cooking. It was mushy and the breading was light and soggy. IDK what's going on. And the crab cake taste like old grease it was horrible I couldn't eat it. I didn't have a coupon so I paid full price for 2 deluxe seafood meals. And the fries were cold and taste horrible, the hushpuppies nasty like they were dropped in the grease again to reheat. Tge bread stick was greasy. It was very disappointing I will not come here again

I've overlooked this place my whole life and It's right around the corner from my neighborhood. The dining area is nice and relaxing. The food is delicious and there are some decent healthy options for a reasonable price. So far the Cajun catfish sandwich is my fav dish. This is definitely one of my new go to spots omw home.
