Applebee's Grill + Bar

The waitress was really nice and patient with my mom who was a little confused by something on the menu. She even mentioned that her grandmother and her have a similar relationship as us which was cool for her to share. Only critique would be for them to have coffee cups for serving hot liquids and to serve coffee.

the lady serving us was very sweet, but overall they seem very low staffed so the wait time was quite long. i wish i could have been served sooner but overall the food was great. i really liked my alfredo. :)

I have never walked out of a restaurant from lack of service before in my life. There were two other customers and their table was being taken care of. Meanwhile, the waitress walks by my table 6 times without even acknowledging us. We sat there for 20 minutes without even a glance, no waters, nothing. I could understand if they were busy, but they were the farthest thing from busy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Who knows, maybe the food is good? Doesn’t matter, I didn’t even get a chance to order a drink. Wont be coming back.
