My problem is you wait in line to to speaker to order and find out speaker does not and have to go to window to order your food. Now you are waiting again to get your food. If you are on your lunch you wasted it in line and can't enjoy your sandwich . The Spicey giant fish sandwich is good . But now you have to rush to eat it. Not good Capt.ñ D. The person that takes your order doesn't even greet you. Smile ????
I don’t know how to even keep people employed because they’re never freaking helping you pull into the line and you’re like sorry we’re getting ready to close. It could be 2 o’clock in the evening. This is ridiculous. TI need to disclose its true business down.
I usually love Captain D's but on this trip the inside was locked up so there was a line in the Drive-Thru wrapped around the building and once we got up to the window they informed us that they didn't have potatoes macaroni and cheese or tartar sauce. How can a fish place not have tartar sauce. Very poor experience
