Every employee at this captain d's is rude including the manager which is a black man. Last time I came I ordered 6shrimp and 1 fish dinner. The fish was missing didn't have time to go back. I went back up maybe a week later which was this sunday and mentioned the situation. The manager came up to the front as if I was lying about a piece of fish! He was very rude and the employees act like they scared of him. The food be dry and old anyway sometimes it's not even done! The worst Captain d's I've been to in my life! Now once my order was ready the manager gone say so you want a extra piece of fish or something? As if I'm lying once again! The food is trash anyway!!!
Let's start with the customer service! My servers name was Kachina and she was so nice and helpful with helping me pick my fish sandwich! I got the catfish sandwich and it was sublime! They did a great job with the tartar sauce. I was afraid there would be too much and it was perfect!! ???? it was crispy and not soggy at all! They need a location out in Wylie so I don't have to wait another year to eat here! Thank you for an awesome Lunch!
