I thought this place was ok at first. but the longer I was there I noticed that this location has serious problems. there's no communication between the employees: the ones in the front tell the ones in the kitchen what to make and it's wrong. so the employee in the front screamed at the employee in the kitchen what she actually said. I saw multiple wrong orders, staff laughing and playing around, taking phone calls on their cell phones and whichever one was the manager did nothing. the food I ordered just sat there and I waited for someone to hand it to me. no one did. I had to go up and plead with them to give me my food and condiments and the woman who did give me my order had an evil attitude. the guy at the register tried to laugh and make excuses about why everyone's food was wrong or late. there was a car that came in through the drive thru and paid, but the staff told them to wait out front and the order would be delivered to the car. they took so long that the car drove off wi

Thie Captain D is very sad i ordered 2 dinners a loaded bake potatoe string beans and cole slaw I received 1 plate with potatoe and fries another plate with 2 pieces of fish fries and 2 hush puppies. I did get 1 small cole slaw and 1 small string bean a 2 sodas. This is sad and this is suppose to be 2 dinners.

I paid $10.00 for the lemon pepper salmon dinner. When I received my plate, my salmon was as hard as a rock. It was NOT fresh. I told them and they replaced my meat with 2 pieces of fried fish; which was not fresh and 1 piece was undone. Captain D's needs to do better!!!!
