Cap't Loui Decatur GA

We've been highly anticipating this Cap't Loui location to open! And indeed, it joins the other gems in the heart of Decatur. Parking is validated for 100 mins in a nearby parking deck. The service was quick, and the food came out hot, garlicky, and finger licking goooooood. There were many options on the menu. We got the 4 lb boil with 3 sides and this was perfect for 5 people. The fresh beignets at the end were a must! It was a beautiful yeasty roll dusted with powdered sugar. 10/10 would come again! Update: Revisited again for dinner and got their fried seafood options this time. We got the fish po'boy and fried shrimp basket. The fried seafood was light and did not taste greasy at all. Both were very filling. We also got the cap't loui sauce on the side (a must!). There is also an option to choose different seasoning options for the fries.

Dish: Boil of Crab mild and hot was a great way to start off my birthday. Even though it’s a new place they know their way around season and flavors.

Their snow crab is amazing! They have such a great deal for their grand opening 19.95/lb till 11/23. and $1 oysters on Tuesdays. I had the oysters and snowcrab which so fresh and mouthwatering. I added the corn, sausage, and potatoes which were so flavorful. Also their funnel cake is a great dessert to share. I cant wait to come back!
