I am from Turkey and have tried Turkish food in many places in the US. I got Iskender at Cappadocia. From the portion and the taste to price, everything was spot on with this dish! I asked the lady in charge if the yogurt they serve on Iskender was their own (not store-bought) and the answer was positive. The same goes for baklava and tea. Authentic taste! Those who look for authentic taste of Anatolian cuisine would not be disappointed by Cappadocia Restaurant.
Delicious food and great, friendly customer service. We got the adana kebab and the beyti kabob which were so flavorful and juicy. Reminded us of the food in Istanbul and Antalya. The kababs were cooked to perfection. The Beyti Kabab is a must have, it is so juicy and flavorful. The turkish bread was fresh and delicious. We loved the Turkish breakfast in Turkey and would love if they had bal kaymak and turkish breakfast! ????
