Capital Tacos

Honestly they used to be so much better. Their poor staff is under trained and management doesn't seem to be in the building. But today I'll probably never eat a MC Yum Yum or Double Mesa again. They have cockroaches! At least they gave us a refund. It sad how much they've gone down since they franchised. Edit: It's July 27th and while they publicly apologized on the review, they haven't tried to make it right or even invite us to try it again.

Let me start by saying the food is always good. However…. I’ve visited this location approximately 4 times in the last 2 years. I would be here at least once a month or more if the cost wasn’t extremely high for the quantity of food (3 tacos, small chips and queso and a small drink was $25) . Also the restaurant is always dirty my feet literally stick to the floor as I walk to sit down. On this particular visit I sat down in the rear of the restaurant and was waiting for my food when I noticed the entire wall was crawling with ants.

For my 1st time visiting this location because I heard so much great things about the food. I’m disappointed in my experience on 7/15/22. I order my food to dine in after waiting over 45 minutes my husband goes to counter to check on food. The supposed to be manager gets up from eating fries and tell him that they are backed up on online orders. She goes back to get her fries and as a manager I get upset because I’m thinking a manager would help complete orders. We sit another 20 minutes I go to counter and ask the cashier the status of our food and let him know it’s been and hour. He goes to food counter and what do you know our order is now ready but been sitting I can tell. We go sit for him to bring food and it’s cold and you can tell it’s been sitting. I go to counter and tell him and request me a refund. He goes to Emily (manager) and I hear her whisper there is no refunds. I stand there another 10 minutes as they are still taking orders and get back in line. The cashier says The
