California Pizza Kitchen at Anaheim Garden Walk

Would give this place a 0 if we could. Came in and had to wait 10+ minutes for a non-busy mid-day. We had a group of 5 and the host disappeared, another couple came in and the staff were surprised that we were waiting. Didn't even know we were there. They sat the couple down that came in after us, before us. The best part was that they sat them at a table for 5... We waited forever for our drinks, had to ask for bread. By the time we ordered 2 couples who came after us had ate paid and left. I am sitting here 1 hr 30 minutes later with a messed up pizza and a burger that has been scorched. Had to send it back and wait another 20 minutes/ Don't recommend, the one near us in Chicago is way better yet you would think "California pizza kitchen" would be good in California. A positive was that the staff was nice if you could find them.

Had the Sicilian pizza on thin crust was amazing the crust was perfect as well as the choice of toppings. Only issue I had here was that the waiter was the only one working so he didn't make it to my table as often as I like. Maybe hire the poor man some help.

Jacob was our server and we really enjoyed our meal. The night before, we went to Cheesecake Factory next door with our 17 month old and they weren’t very welcoming. Whereas, California pizza kitchen had a high chair plus kids menu and crayons ready to keep the little one busy. The food was fast (which is great at dinner time with a little one) and tasted great. We might come back during our Disney stay - not a huge fan of waiting in line at restaurants though with a toddler. Adding a reservation system through yelp or open table would be amazing!
