Got the po’boys and Gator Balls! The chef knows what he’s doing! Shrimp is seasoned well so only add a topping or two to let the shrimp shine!
C'est bon!!! I was born and raised in Cajun country and know good Louisiana food when I taste it. I rarely seek out Cajun food outside Louisiana (except my own house), but am glad I broke my rule when I tried Scott's food truck. I'll be back to try that gumbo when I move up here from Florida in a few months!
The best! Eat here! You will not be disappointed.
