havent had one issue food, prep, service, order prep, time they got it goin on and they take the initiative to make sure customer is good to go

My sister and her family ate here. She and her husband ordered the same sub, but she got the potato salad on the side. She had violent and painful food poisoning starting 2 hours later that went on late into the night. Moral of the story, the potato salad was not fresh enough to be served.

I’m sad to be writing this review because I’ve been eating here with my family since it opened when I was a kid and it’s my favorite sub place in the upstate. The man who seemed to be in charge became irate because an employee had out the wrong sandwich in a bag and they had to make the sandwich again. He started violently slamming meat on the counter and on the meat slicer. At least one other customer was visibly scared and took three steps back. He made no apologies for his behavior to the customers or employees. It was the worst and most unsettling experience I’ve ever had in a food establishment. He should seriously consider a course in anger management and needs effective manager training. I’ve witnessed him on previous occasions yell and berate the staff but today was by far the worst. I was going to eat part of my sandwich there but opted for to go because I was so upset by the whole incident. I don’t plan on visiting this location again.
