This place is not authentic, so don't compare it to authentic Mexican food... With that said, the hand made tortillas are great, salsas are flavorful (Habanero sauce needs to be 10X spicier), and the meats have good flavor too... Cafe Rio is way better than Chipotle hands down... Only downside to this location is that they're stingy compared to the Lakewood location...
I ordered online. The site told me my food would be ready at 11:50. It wasn't ready until 12:15. I stood there for 25 minutes waiting for my food. Meanwhile, people are walking in, ordering, and getting their food within 5 minutes. Food was so so. My first and only visit to Cafe Rio.
Taste is a 3; Service is a 2. I don't understand the point of encouraging and creating a website for online ordering (and ready time), when your order is going to be 17 minutes late. It might not be a long time, but when you're given a time, then that's the expectation.
