Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

I love cafe Rio food and I have been to dozens of them across the country. This location by far is the SLOWEST out of all I've eaten at. They need to speed things up. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to get my food when there are only 10 people in line. Other than that its great food. Update: don’t get the shrimp tacos. Look at the picture. This trash was 6 bucks.

The food awesome and delicious. Order ahead and they have it ready when u get there. Plus one time they called me up when I was heading to get my food to tell me they r out of the hot sauce and told them give me the next sauce down from it. They said ok. Very helpful and friendly. Kid-friendliness: Yeah it's kid friendly. Bring the whole family to enjoy there. Parking: It has alot of parking there. Plus when u order ahead they have parking for u to go in and pick up and go. Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access to get in and also coming from the parking lot it has a small ramp .

Customer service was terrible. I ordered nachos to share with my child and they wanted to charge me for salsa. About a tablespoons of guac. Menu said I could choose between queso or shredded cheese. He never asked he just put shredded. He was so bothered to help was actually kinda rude.
