Service was very good. Food was also very good. The atmosphere was lacking. Noisy and doorless storage cabinets in the main dining room. Just needs some work. It's really close to being very nice. The steak entree are $50+. That's expected. What's not expected is that after spending $75 a head for dinner and drinks they tack on 3.5% to use a credit card. On the menu, yes. On the online menu or information. Nope.
Had I read reviews, we may have opted for a different restaurant nearby! Food was just ok, but the last time we were here was over 10 years ago, and it was great. Hoping it was just an off night for them?
Our most recent experience was excellent. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive, food was outstanding. This is one of our go-to places for a quality experience without a super formal atmosphere.
