Burrito Parrilla Mexicana - Naperville

I'm very satisfied with their food and most importantly their customer service. I'm new to this area and I normally only eat from Chicago mexican restaurants...but this place really surprised me and the food was great!!!! The young woman who took my order was absolutely amazing. She took time to answer all of my questions because I'm a very picky eater and made she me feel important!!! Thats what you call excellent customer service. I ordered several things but this was the Ground Beef Tacos with Rice and Beans topped with Avocado. The black beans and rice were also great!!! I'll be ordering again.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. My friend and I decided to try it out for an early lunch. We liked the large menu but felt prices were a bit high this is why I didnt give 5 stars. The food was good lots of flavor. The drinks, I had the horchata and my friend had the pineapple water, were both delicious. I had a chicken chimichanga with added beans it was really big, enough for leftovers for dinner, and my friend had some type of steak dinner she enjoyed it very much. The meals came with chips and salsa since we were eating in the salsa was pretty tasty. Overall the staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant was clean!

I've never understood the high marks, but I try it now and then. Today I got a meal for my son and me. The cheese on my enchilada was clearly there for a long time and not even reheated. Imagine someone cooking up an enchilada, letting it cool, then dropping cheese on it, and finally letting the whole thing sit until someone orders the dish. I could see the strands of cheese on what should have been a fresh order. The ranchero sauce is runny and not very flavorful. The red salsa is not smooth, not chunky, but some bland thing in between. I won't be returning as there are too many superior options nearby.
