Burnt End BBQ in Crown Center

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time trying KC BBQ, and we’re so glad this was where we ended up at! We weren’t too hungry so we shared a Two Meat Platter which surprisingly filled us both up. Their Sweet Chipotle Sauce was just absolutely delicious, can’t wait to try them again!

Won’t be back. The entire $19 salmon salad was smaller than my hand, and the wing sauce tasted like mustard. They removed my last review for some reason where I stated the same review, so let’s see if they remove it again.

Great BBQ if you are staying at the Westin or just in the area, they put down some great stuff. The pork burnt ends were tender with just a little char. the mac and cheese was perfect, very creamy. the loaded potato salad was very good, I was not expecting it to be warm but great flavor. ribs were tender with good smoke flavor and pulled east from the bone. the brisket had a great smoke ring and great flavor. no need for and sauce with any of it, but if you want to, their very own sauce has a bold smoke flavor that complemented the meal. John was a very helpful and quick server with great knowledge of the items on the menu.
