Ordered on Uber eats this evening and it was my first time trying BurgerFi. Even though I got a beyond burger it was still full of flavor and very yummy! Definitely will be a returning costumer.
Food as great as the service! Ordered bogo beers and they let me wait till the first was finished before bringing the second to ensure freshness of my drink rather than let them warm up like other restaurants. Highly recommend. Amazing food and incredible service!
One of the worst experiences/meals I've ever had. The kitchen was chaotic, no organization, very unsanitary. Every order that came up was incorrect or missing items. Meals were cold. Manager and employees were taking orders, answering phones, and then cooking with same gloves. Food tasted absolutely horrible. Onion ring was outer shell of onion, tried tearing with my teeth and pulling apart, wasn't edible. Even showed manager it wouldn't even come apart. It was as if they were use to complaints, didn't phase them. Also, we placed 4 orders and just about everyone of us was sick the next day. This place needs to be shut down.
