BurgerFi

Normally I love burgerfi, but this location left much to be desired. The overall smell when you walk in is absolutely terrible. Food took over 20 minutes and the location was not very busy. Almost every drink was out of stock. Location also looked dirty.

The service ruined our first experience. The food was quite good but really pricey. The burgers and fries were hot and well-made, the fries actually crispy. The service was very poor. We went to the Freedom Way location before a Reds game, and being so close to the stadium they were bound to be busy. The staff seemed to not care. After waiting about 10 minutes for our food I noticed everyone in the restaurant was waiting; no one was actually eating. Though there were seldom more than two customers at a time waiting to order, the staff (I could see about 7 or 8) kept their leisurely pace taking orders and making food. Customers were understandably frustrated at the wait time, and after several asking how much longer they had to wait one employee yelled from the counter to the whole restaurant that new orders were taking 45 minutes and to stop asking the staff for updates. We got our food about 20 minutes after ordering, and when we were almost done they announced my name and the number

Drink machine didn't work and didn't have ice. Condiments dispenser empty. Wife's burger had wrong cheese. Fries were cold. My SWAG burger was good. Onion rings were awesome. Ceiling fan was filthy and seats had rips. The floor was greasy and slippery.
