As BurgerFi's go, this location is sub-par. I paid for a drink with the intent of having tea but there's no tea. Apparently the tea machine has been out for a good while.
Exceptional service!! Bobby went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was top notch. Customer service with a personal touch is a rare find these days. Food was excellent and appropriately timed. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. After we left, our 4 year old said he wanted to go back to see Mr. Bobby and eat the tasty food! Happy we chose BurgerFi @ Renaissance Place on our way back home from the NC Mountains.
