5 star service - friendly and clean environment. Amazing chicken wings !!! + multiple flat screen TV: for sports and entertainment! Located right next to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino.
Worst experience ever. She (I take it the owner) has horrible customer service. When I arrived to get my order the order had not been started and she stated it was because I ordered from the wrong website but I clearly ordered off of the website that’s listed on their page. I patiently waited for my food to then get burnt food. When I called to let her know I’d be back she tried to argue with me about my food being burnt. I took my food back to show her and she then agreed to recook the food. It took a hour and a half total to get my food and she had no care in the world. I’ll never go back there!!
Great quality food with generously sized portions at a great price. On top of that, they had amazing customer service! I will definitely be going back to 4 Us Cafe & Bakery.
