Burger King

Seriously....they are always rude at the one in St Peters. I can handle rude if my food was correct. Who gives burnt French toast sticks with no syrup. Why the heck was there no syrup. Then when you call nobody answers. I was the only car. Don't tell me they are busy...frustrated!!

I pulled into the drive through and was the only customer there, i was asked very rudely to wait for service and ended up waiting several minutes for service, i ordered a medium onion ring and a whopper junior with no pickles, the lady taking my order seemed very annoyed, in a bad mood and was pretty rude twords me including cussing at me through the speaker. The employee at the window seemed very nice and apologized to me for the way the lady (who was also the manager) that took my order talked to me. I have talked to some of my co-workers who have experienced similar treatment over the past few months at this location. The manager does not seem like they are a good fit for a customer service based position. Overall the food tasted alright.

Went through drive-thru for lunch. Wait wasn't long. Order was simple, frozen coke and Hershey pie. Was handed regular drink. Had to wait for them to correct order. Had small single bag. Opened up when got back at work, no napkins, and no fork, in bag. Would not go there if you see more than two cars in drive thru line. Thanks for leaving me hungry.
