Syberg's St. Peters

Super fun place! We are visiting from out of town and my cousin suggested Syberg’s for us to get together and catch up. It was perfect! Unfortunately we arrived just as trivia was wrapping up but we still had time to get some food and drinks. Emily was our server and she was great! If we lived close by I can tell this would be a favorite for sure.

Bar atmosphere, large televisions all around the outside walls broadcasting football, both American and European. Food was excellent. Thick, 8 ounce burger was actually cooked medium, as i ordered it, a pleasant surprise. Battered onion rings were delicious. They came out unsalted, but that was easily remedied. The only annoyance was that I ordered a tea, but never got a refill. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Syberg’s has been in our regular rotation of restaurants for a loooong time. Food and service is always great. They do get busy so if you want a seat on the patio, come a little early. Our favorites are the High Five Appetizer platter, Joe Mama’s pizza, and anything with their wing sauce! It’s a bit of a sweeter Buffalo sauce but has a good kick. I’m usually not a fan of crinkle fries either, but they do them right here.
