I was given over-cooked hash browns and I asked for a fresh batch. I was the only person in line and only ordered a large hash brown. I returned the old has browns and was told to pull up. As I gestured to pull up, I saw the young lady that works the window walk pass the trash can with the bag of hash browns that I returned and look back as if to check that I pulled around, out of view. So I remained at the window. (This location is also notorious for cheating the drive through clock. They have customers pay at the window then they immediately tell you to either pull backwards in the driveway or forward to the parking lot.) While I wait to see the old hash browns get thrown away, the manager walks up in says “

First time the person servicing drive thru was professional, but today was my food is of poor quality. My whopper was cold, and taste burnt, fries luke warm and my jalapeño bombers were dark and when i bit into it there was nothing inside. Whom ever the cook is today needs to either pay attention or go back through training. Frfr....im so fed up with restaurants messing up peoples orders and food like our money is of no value and u just give us what u feel like serving. That's all bad. Also managers at this location please start managing frfr. Your complaints at that location's for quality and professionalism are reeeeeeally high. My husband and daughter and Istopped in our neighborhood BK for a burger my son asked me to pickup and bring to him since we were visiting him. He ordered a whopper with bacon ???? cheese Mayo and onions and what ever else they always put on it. They must have got it right ✅ because after he hugged his mom and quickly removed the bag from my hand, he commenced to bash that ???? burger. While laughing and talking with us. I am sure he forgot to check and see if anyone wanted a bite.???? it was definitely gone too soon. Oh, I forget to mention that we got him the meal and my daughter drank the soda and my husband ate his fries. Lol
