The young man James in the drive thru is so polite and courteous! Always has a smile on his face and tells me to have a great day. He is an asset to this establishment, and I hope you guys realize that.
The employee kept playing on his cell phone while making food, the dining room was trashed, and the the ketchup in the dining room was spoiled. They were not busy but still waited over 20 minutes for our food.
Caleb made our BK experience a wonderful one. He was very helpful with my wifes previous visit. He took control of the situation and made it right. He was very attentive to everyone in the restaurant at that time, including employees. I noticed that he truly enjoys his job. Management Material Parking: Ample parking,parking lot was very clean.
