Chipotle Mexican Grill

Needs better cleaning upkeep here. I first noticed the front entrance door was gross looking, then the mens bathroom was filthy and smelled bad, plus there was no changing table in either restroom for families with babies. I was so put off I decided not to get the chips and guac I was gonna purchase simply for stopping to use their bathroom.

I work near here so I've tried to go here pretty frequently. I say "tried" because they are often closed in the middle of the day or limited to online order only. When they are open the staff always act like it's their first day. They move slowly, they don't portion things out very well, and most of the time they can't wrap a burrito to save their lives. My burrito usually comes out looking like a sad baseball. On top of that it seems like something is broken or they've run out of something every time I go in. There's a lot of Chipotles around this area, if you're really set on Chipotle go to one of those locations instead.

Placed an online order 15 minutes before arriving. When I arrived, they had no idea there was an online order, which they found when they looked at the register for online orders. They then proceeded to fill someone else's order that walked in and ordered AFTER they found and pulled my now late online order. They finally filled my order and handed it to me with a blank stare, no apology or comment whatsoever. Customer service and paying attention to their equipment is not their forte here, no wonder they rarely are very busy
