I just bought a hamburger in this place BURGUER KING and it is the most horrible thing I have ever eaten in my life the smell and the first sprout almost made me vomit.

The person at the window didn't say a word to us, just grabbed our card and let the window slam. Then she handed us a drink that was leaking soda from the top, all over the sides, everywhere. It leaked down my boyfriends arm and all over his steering wheel as well. When we asked for napkins, she just handed us a bunch and said "sorry". Thanks, I guess. ????

I placed an order online and I am completely disgusted by this store. I live directly across the street and when I place an order online I expect my food to be HOT. Even if I didn’t live across the street my food should have been prepared, hot and fresh when I pulled in to the drive thru. My whopper was cold. The fries lukewarm. And what is sad is that it was maybe 10 mins from when I placed the order and when my husband went and picked it up. This is an ongoing problem with this store in the evening. I always have to say something about the food. I have ordered chicken fries and they are like chewing on toothpicks. Who makes chicken fries and puts them in the warmer?? They are supposed to be made to order. I worked for BK for 8 years. It’s lazy and sad that your managers allow that. Not all stores are like that but this one is. And they have rude employees and some managers are rude too. Never going back to this store. For sure going the extra mile to another.
