It is what you'd expect from BK. Fries are a hit or miss. Sometimes they are hot fresh and perfectly salted... sometimes not so much. This location seems to be slower to provide service and I've had to go in after the drive thru for various reasons such as their cc machine was down, food was incorrect etc. Can be a hassle with little ones.
Anytime I'm here I get attitude problems from staff, like I was bothering them and they were in the middle of something, especially if it's an online order (maybe they take that much more effort?) The screen for the drive thru is completely busted and hasn't been fixed in months, and you have to yell at the monitor to get noticed sometimes. The food was prepared as expected, but honestly the customer service is cold and lacking. You don't have to like your fast food job, and I appreciate you working during a pandemic, but please don't bring that negativity out on the customers.
Something about Ricardo's demeanor, that lifted my spirits today. I only came in for nuggets, but felt better afterwards.
