The manger today at 4:26 took my crown points and basically told me she couldn't do anything about it cause she deleted the order. So im just out the points because theres no receipt for me to pull the transaction from. She didn't even offer to help she treated it as if it was all my fault. Ill never go to that location no matter how close it is. My buddy is the manager at the odana location he wouldn't of never let this happen. Their team over there is pretty legit shout out to Alex!
Excellent food and customer service! If you want your food to taste fresh then you have to ask for it that way! BK means having it “Your” way. ❤️
I'm becoming a bigger fan of this food chain everutime I visit. Did not know they serve breakfast but I was blown away with the breakfast burrito. Love it.
