Staff has always been friendly, but Drive-thru orders always seem to be missing an item or two. It's frustrating but I'm already home before I notice.
I live in Knoxville, but I like this location a lot. I always go to this place. Food is fresh and hot, service is quick, and staff is very friendly. Location is always clean. I highly recommend this place.
Wow! BK should make this store the training facility. Our burgers were made correctly, the fries were hot and fresh, shake machines were working too! Delicious meal and the server at the window was very courteous and friendly. Good job!
