This establishment is a joke ! The drive through line is still only thing open. as soon as you pull up you are greeted with I’m the only one here hold on . And when you try to order when they finally return they have attitude. What a joke . The manager should be fired!

Sad that the Pelham BK shut down so we visited this one and was happy with the whole experience! The bathroom and restaurant were clean (a big deal bc my toddler touches everything). They got our orders right and everything was hot. The workers were helpful and kind and gave my kids their crowns so we were all happy. I was shocked to see all the 1 star reviews! This BK exceeded my fast food expectations and makes me wish my BK didn't shut down 'cuz I miss the Whopper! I'm glad we had a good experience at this BK, bc we'll definitely be back! :)

If you're going to be OPEN, then open the doors. Let people in. Don't blame the virus either, you're just being lazy. You got used to not cleaning up the lobby and the bathrooms and now you don't want to have to keep it clean. Just pathetic. Service : 1/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 … More
