My husband and I have been here several times. Every time we get food it's drenched in condiments. We actually have to wipe off most of it just to even be able to eat it! Gross!! Whoever is manager need to get better employees or train them correctly!
Terrible service, I stopped by around 2110 and had to wait 15 mins for my food even tho we were the only customers there. They didn't give us all our food and mest up my burger. The manger was rude when I asked her to fix it. I will not be coming back.
Fantastic and friendly customer service, all smiles in the building. Annette Townsend was absolutely wonderful and made sure our experience was perfect. Very impressed with her and the staff! Dining room was spotless and everything was in great shape. These folks are working hard, big props to them! Will definitely be back more often (and I don’t generally eat at BK)
