Drive thru was super slow. French Toast sticks were soggy. Crossiant Sausage egg and cheese nice temperature, too salty. Woman at the window was pleasant and apologetic.

I experienced one of the most unbelievably bad customer service experiences at this location on Sunday October 30 at 4:15 p.m. I placed my order, which was fine, and then I drove around to where I picked up my food. The person giving me my food never once looked at me as he was busy talking to another employee the whole time. I was not greeted as I came to the window, I just had a hand holding my drink out of the window and same when I was handed my food bag. Not once did I see this persons face. In all of my years of going through a drive through I’ve never seen anything like this. Since this establishment doesn’t care any more about their customers than this that will be my last visit to this location. Customer service is a huge factor in my decision to give a company repeat business.
