Chick-fil-A

Chick fil A is always busy, no matter what day of the wk. However, we were there on Sat, which I believe, maybe the busiest. The employees were all very friendly & quick to assist you with your order in the drive thru. The only small thing I would say that could use some improvement would be actually having another person to maybe direct the cars at a certain point where the 2 lanes become one. Most of the time, I notice too many impatient drivers pull in front of others & they're not courteous. But that's not the fault of the employees, in my opinion. I appreciate the consistency in the employees friendly attitude even when customers are rude to them & I know they have every right to react otherwise. Thank you to all the hardworking & patient employees!

I ordered mini chicken-no butter.. i received mini drenched in butter.. Manager Wale was very polite. After i had to park car and come in store, making me late... the manager gave me a new order of minis but refused to remove the charge.. At McDonald, incorrect order is free..

This location is going downhill. Can't wait for the Security Mall location to open up... hoping for better professionalism, courtesy and hot food. The quality of service I have received from the last few visits has been horrible at this location. Not sure if management has changed but quality of service definitely has.
