Burgers are really good and the burger salad was actually very delicious. Problem is the costs are outrageous. For a family of 4 be prepared to spend close to $80. For burgers and fries. Staff wasn't awful, but everyone just seems to be like "meh" I hate my life but I'm not outwardly rude.
First time having Burger 21! Buffalo Chicken sandwich was very mushy and definitely not edible. Onions were dry and blue cheese was clumpy and very messy on the sandwich! Such a bad experience & a waste of money. Ugh
Our first time visiting. Around 8pm, appears to be 3 or 4 employees, one on phone, one out smoking. Dining room a disaster and we waited over 20 minutes for a burger and fries. Maybe two or three customers waiting as well that came in after us. Not a good first impression at all. The young personel didn't seem to care at all. We were told we were waiting on fries, when our order was ready, the fries we were told we were waiting on to cook came out cold and stale ... hoping for atleast a decent burger. We ordered the tex-mex... and we were ultimately disappointed.. cheese not melted, no sauce like we asked, very sloppily made. We will not be returning.
