During a rare snowstorm in Plano, my family and I were accommodated any seat of our choosing and given the utmost care, comfort and attention even with the risk of losing power! Manager, Marcos and our server, Jamie provided excellent service. We recieved our tapas exactly as ordered (perfection)! Plus, the quality of the food was so choice????????The plates felt modern, authentic and oh so tasty all at once! Although our experience may not have been as personal if it was a normal night facing regular crowds, I still reccomend. Especially if you're staying at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel. From there, it's a hop, skip and a jump????????????????????????

I loved every dish we tried but my favorite was the ceviche. Our server Ela was very attentive and helpful. She was also very sweet. We will definitely be back. Dietary restrictions: We requested our paella to be pork free and they were happy to accommodate us.
