Build A Burger

The food is great but there is always something wrong with the order. It's either not done on time (we have to wait 10-15 minutes for the workers to realize the order is sitting on the counter) the order is missing items, or just recently, they refused to fix a mistake on an order. The workers are unorganized and refuse to help when committing a mistake. We paid full price for our items and received smaller portions. When we told the worker at the front, she began arguing and refusing to at least give us the right portions. Overall. I very much enjoy the food but do not think it's worth the trouble of dealing with the terrible customer service.

I completely misjudged this place…I ordered the jalapeño popper burger and the cheese fries with jalapeños. It was absolutely delicious. The burger has a lot of flavor it isn’t dry and the bun is tasty. Plus the employee who brought my food was very friendly and I appreciate that. I wish I got his name.

Good burger (Jalapeno Popper Burger, added A1 sauce) ordered as combo to get fries and a drink(22oz). Fries don't stand out and are almost similar to Wingstop's as far as type of fry. Will be back to try other "Already Built Burgers" and chicken wings and tenders.
