Buffalo Wild Wings

Have given them multiple tries because we do enjoy their food but this last one was just too much. Won't be going back. They always seem to mess something up with our order. On our most recent visit we waited an extra 15 minutes from when our schedules pick up was. Thats understandable, but they literally didn't include half our to go order, and unfortunately we didn't realize this until we got home because the other part of our order was in larger boxes (but still the small amount inside) so it looked right at a glance. We called them to address this and they promised a refund. Over a week later, haven't received the refund yet.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! There's so much to say from cleanliness to waiting time. The main thing was how disrespectful our waitress was towards us. It amazed me of how someone can have an attitude like hers.. we didn't even get to place an order after almost an hour we left and never plan to go back there.

Walked in there last night around 10PM and sat at the bar. There was no one behind the bar. I waited 5 minutes and promptly left. The service at this place has really gone downhill. I used to like coming here.
