Neither me or my GF hadn't been to am Applebee's in a REALLY long time, so we decided to change that & we were not disappointed. Our waitress, Mercedes, was friendly & attentive (in that perfect way, where it didn't feel like she was being overbearing) & we didn't even have to wait long for our food (for perspective, we got our appetizer the same time we got our meals). Will definitely be going back soon!
Service was fine, the parm garlic wings were served on a plate of grease and tasted like shrimp scampi. Soaked my fries & had me throwing up 3 minutes after leaving. This visit was bad, but I understand short staffing & am hoping they simply had a brand new cook today. Staying positive but extra afraid to go back in the near future.
We stopped in for lunch. There was a 15 minute wait for a table. So we sat at the bar where Andrea the bartender took our drink and food order. She was outstanding. We ordered the Oriental chicken salads. The food was very good. Best service my husband and I had had in a long time
