Had a not so good experience with the service to loud of TV can't Talk to anyone had to ask the Server to turn down the Sound a it took a long time to get to it. Are Order was not all there We order Chicken wings with three different flavors and Carrots ???? celery Sticks and we didn't get them? My daughter Order and she ask not to put onions on her salsa and on her dish and when she got the Order there were Onions she can't eat them when she told the Server the about it the Server responded and said it is not my Fault, She should of took back to the Cook and Fix the Order, also thay Make you Pay 18% Tip even if the service is Bad I don't think that Right it should be at my discretion.

Not a good experience... When we arrived to watch UFC fights, there was no signage whatsoever regarding any cover charge, nor did our host or server mention this to us. We arrived a little early and were not informed until much later that there would be a $20 (per person) cover charge to watch the fights, which in my opinion is excessive. Had we known this prior to ordering food & drinks, we probably would have gone somewhere else. To make matters worse, there was a sign in the front lobby stating that parties of 6 or more would automatically be charged an 18% gratuity. We only had 3 people in our party, but were still charged the additional 18% which in itself is sneaky & deceptive. Lastly, some of our menu items were charged at a higher price than what was posted on the menu. When we brought this to the attention of the server (and manager), we were told that since this was a "franchise" location and not a corporate one, that the posted menu prices did not apply. Customer service is good but food...can't put my finger on it. Left to wash my hands after server took our order and when i got back (again, just to wash my hands), our order was at the table??? Most of the party had stomach issues the next day.
