BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

It was my birthday dinner and I must say the atmosphere was wonderful and pleasant. Our 2 waiters Kyle and William were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We orders 2 cups of clam chowder and 1 bowl came with the soup and salad order. It was ok not really that hot and It was missing something maybe salt not sure we also ordered shrimp scampi, loaded nachos and one other dish can't remember what though. At last my dessert chocolate chip pazookie always amazing

My family and I had the worst experience here this morning. We got spinach and artichoke dip to start, the chips were dark and old and the glass the dip came in was burning hot but the dip was cold, obviously microwaved. We let our server know, thinking she would just take it back and take it off the bill but she brought it back to us with what was definitely the same dip just microwaved again. We ordered a chicken sandwich, a bowl of soup, and a kids cheese pizza with no tomato chunks and a side of fries. The entrees were just as bad as the appetizer. Chicken sandwich was flavorless, the soup was like warm, and the pizza has tomatoes on it anyway and we had to remind her about the fries. Safe to say we aren’t going back to BJ’s. A waste of $53.

Place looks amazing. What I didn’t like was my service. I order the loaded nachos as a appetizer and never received them. Then I got my food which was bad as well. My ribs were was hard and cold and my fries was reheated since they’re were to dark and crispy. I also asked for a side of avocado and bbq sauce and never received it. I had to ask a different waiter. All this and the waiter not once asked me how was my food. Never again coming to this place.
