Buffalo Wild Wings

We were a table of 13. The food was great. The service was good by the waitress. When everything ended there was another waitress who did not serve our table and just gave a lecture on how hard it is to clean the table and demanded more tips though we gave a decent tip which was not expected from a good place like this.

It's sad when you look exactly like the waitstaff but they treat you like you are the lowest person just setting foot in here. The attitude and the eyerolls were so unnecessary. And the attitude wasn't given to "others". The hostess went out of her way to be accommodating and kind to "them" but was just nasty to me and we could have been sisters! What the heck is wrong with this world that we can't treat one another with compassion and respect? This was literally my first and only time in this location, and it will be my last based on the other reviews. Unbelievable.

Came in on Saturday night with our 4 kids 9years old and under around 6 and there was maybe 6 tables sat in the entire restaurant so we thought that was great. First, our beverages from the bar took more than 10 mins to get to our table even though it was empty, then, our adult entrees were served first, 5 minutes later our 2 older kids got their food, more than 5 minutes after that someone who was not even our server asked us what we were waiting on which was our 2 youngest kids food. They finally got their food more than 10 minutes after that and food was so hot they still had to wait for it to cool down before they ate. By the time they got their food, our food was cold. Server never came to check on our table until all of our food was served and the manager was just walking around on her phone the whole time. We hardly go out to eat as a family and this was just an all around bad experience.
