My first visit and impression ..., the chicken wings were dry and tasteless, the hamburger was delicious, the place was clean although the waitresses who attended us were without a mask as a method of control against COVID (CDC Recommended) and we do not know if the tables they were disinfected. After my retirement As a chef, I dedicate myself to constructive criticism of the different restaurants and about this I can say what there are others of lesser recognition (Walmart, Hooters, Marcos Pizza and more) but with flavor, cooking, juicy and breaded. I do not return.

This employee I don't know what was his role, was named Mikey and he had a dreadlocks hairstyle. He kept staring at us with the waitress as well as making fun of us. It is incredibly disrespectful especially since we arrived polite as we always do. And we tipped as well. The food was fine, but the customer service is absolutely horrible and I plan to never come back. You have to train your people a bit better. Thank you.

I always order here and have never had any problems until today. I placed an order for 15 boneless for Bogo Thursdays and a house sampler. I attached a picture of the House Sampler they handed me, it looks like they dropped it before handing it to me. I brought it to the attention of the girl who served me the food, I didn’t catch Her name but she had bright red hair. She said it looked completely fine to her and saw no problems. She offered to remake it but I didn’t want to sit there another 15-20mins. She was nice but she should consider how the customer cares about their food. I told her I wanted a partial refund and she agreed to take care of it. After arriving home I noticed that I was missing the extra 15 boneless from the Thursday boneless bogo. After speaking with manager Mike, he was very rude and kept speaking over me. I politely asked him to listen to me but he kept interjecting mid sentence.
