Arby's

The last few times that I've come here, I've encountered a problem. Either the equipment isn't working, or they're out of something, or a staffing issue. Such a shame because this is a good location and it's missing the mark. Fortunately, there are a lot of other food locations nearby to pick up the slack.

Extremely rude and slow service! I was told to pull up to wait on food after 20 minutes of waiting I went into see what was going on and lady behind the counter had an immediate attitude over it. Place wasn't busy and I watched people behind me pull off with their orders. I don't mind waiting, but you don't have to be immediately rude when someone inquires about their order. You work in customer service get out if you don't like being of service. When I realized they hadn't even started my order yet I asked for a refund. Avoid this place.

I try to go here for lunch, and everytime I do it takes forever!! Even if I am the only one in line I takes at least 20 mins to get food. I usually end up leaving before I get my food. Also they have been out of roast beef for about a week. Very disappointed
