Buffalo Wild Wings ‘GO’

the first time i went was okay. however the second time, my order took so long and seemed like everybody else were waiting for a while too. i had a wing bundle with a fountain drink and they told me the drink machine was broken and that I would have to talk to someone else for a refund and that they couldn’t give me a bottled soda bc it was more expensive… so i got no drink and was still charged..& when I got home and opened my box, the wings were cold and looked like they just drizzled a little bit of sauce on it rather than mixing it up like it’s supposed to be.

Just don't go terrible service.....First time going in here today. They messed up our order completely. I ordered the chicken sandwich with honey bbq and I got it plain, I also ordered the bbq bacon burger and we got an American burger which was super salt. They were yelling and cursing among themselves very unprofessional. Using profanity, mind you we had small children with us. This location needs better training or just a whole new crew with better management. If we're looking for a better location the one and Elmhurst has better service with better quality food.

My server Melody was very kind and sweet. She makes it feel like home here! She carries herself very well and makes everything feel comfortable! Melody was the kindest and food was brought out fast.
