Buffalo Wild Wings

Went on a Thursday evening. The waitress was nice, but the food was awful. From the time we ordered it came out in 10 minutes...way too quick for wings. They were clearly microwaved from being frozen and just tossed in sauce - the wings were so soggy and tasteless. The onion rings were also soggy and most likely microwaved. The only thing decent was the fries. Everything else was a microwave dinner that we could've bought from the frozen section at Walmart...at our total was $50. Worst $50 ever spent.

First of all been to many different locations and this one a lot throughout the years. Pulled in and only had a couple cars in the lot. We still waited 10-15 to be sat. Waitress brought drinks quickly and took our orders. Fast forward 45 minutes later they brought out one meal at a time for the 8 of us. Chicken was hard and old so we sent it back for new. New didn't come out much better. After we ate waitress brought the check and turned $5.99 kids meals into $16.00 meals and told us there's nothing they can do about it. Our waitress and the manager refused to come talk to us they sent other waitresses over to talk. Never made the ticket right they just marked it down close to what we said it should be. Very unprofessional and will never come to that location again. Hopefully the two honest waitress that said they've been up charging everyone get jobs at a better place.

This place was a joke, except none of us were laughing. We arrived around 7:30pm on a Friday night AFTER calling in first and getting confirmation from the host that they "were not busy and there should be no wait time". The host was correct in that we were seated almost immediately...and then we proceeded to wait nearly two hours for our food. There was only one server for the entire restaurant (not an exaggeration, we watched our server be responsible for every occupied table in the place). Inexplicably, our server was the only person on the floor waiting tables, but they had FOUR employees running the to-go counter. I fully understand that the to-go counter can get busy, but it makes absolutely no sense to have FOUR employees at the to-go counter, with at least two of them standing around doing basically nothing for the entire time that we watched them, while our server was the one person waiting on 17 tables (we had time to count, believe me).
