Buffalo Wild Wings

We stopped in for lunch today, Sunday August 21st for a quick lunch after running errands. We waited to be seated, only about 3 tables worth of people. We get seated and wait, and wait to even simply order our drinks. Finally Tamarah shows up with the FIRST excuse of the day. Oh nobody has gotten you drinks? I thought someone would. She takes our drink and food order. Brings out the drinks after a bit. The drinks come out and the pop is only carbonation. Another server takes care of the issue because our waitress is MIA. We wait a good long while for our food, then though the establishment was basically empty. Our food comes brought by someone else. I ordered 10 wings and was given 6. I told them I didn’t want to wait for more but would like the ranch they forgot. The server who isn’t ours leaves and never comes back. Our server finally is within distance for me to flag her down because of course she hasn’t checked in and I ask for the ranch. Second excuse, oh I thought someone else wo

Did a little shopping then stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat. Larke was our waitress and she was awesome. Kitchen got my order messed up and she came to inform me and had them correct it. Glass never got empty and she was a gem the whole time. 10/10

Just went to BWW with a group of friends and the place was genuinely so dirty. Glasses and dirty tables as far as the eye could see. There wasn't a single table open so we had to sit at the bar to begin with, which was fine I understand Saturday can be a busy night. Then we ordered drinks which took around 15-20 minutes to arrive. Subsequently we ordered food and that took another 20 minutes which was long but understandable. However, when we were served the food was literally cold. Our wings were far below Luke warm temperature as well as our pickle chips and nachos. Everything was cold and 15-20 minutes late. We arrived at 9 o'clock and immediately ordered drinks (which we got 20 minutes later) but we didn't get our food until 9:45. Very disappointed in the food and service we do not plan on coming back for some time. Only redeeming thing was the server refunded the cold wings we received and removed them from our order.
