My team was promised a free 10pc by a manager, due to our order being made incorrect on our previous visit. However, this promise was not fulfilled, and the alleged GM abruptly hung up the phone on us after first displaying an attitude about the situation. Making an empty promise you potentially can't keep is one thing, but then having a GM follow it up with blatant disrespect in a situation you were never originally involved in, and not even trying to gather an understanding of said situation, is purely ignorance at its finest. Why not take a moment to clarify the situation at hand with your assistant manager/employee who made the original promise, opposed to just displaying a ruthless combination of attitude, and then capping it off by hanging up on someone? The disrespect and lack of leadership and accountability is real, now days.

There is 0 reason for their lobby not to be open or to at least have someone running out online orders since “pick up in lobby” is an option for online pick up. The line was wrapped around the building and there was 1 guy out having a smoke, 2 people at the drive through (doing the same job) filling up soft drinks, another guy standing behind them starring off in to space and 2-3 people in kitchen preparing the food. It’s not a staffing issue it’s a simple mismanagement issue. Period. Very disappointing after all of this just to have cold/soggy food, and missing items. Very disappointing

Ordered 3 piece spicy strip meal. Looked more like 3 chicken nuggets. The potatoes only had about half a scoop. Also received no platic ware. Prices increase while portion sizes decrease? I've never once went here and they've gotten my order correct. Rude, scurvy staff..
