Buffalo Wild Wings

06/01/2022 waited 48 minutes for our food. Was late back to work. Thought it was a mistake in the kitchen possibly. Just came back today on the 9th. It was another 52 minutes before I got my food. There was less than 1/4 of the resteraunt full if that. Also, there was a lemon seed in my cup.... None of us had lemons in our waters... Gross Will not be back.

Do not order from here if you like all flats or drums!! I’ve never had such an issue with ordering it one way or another from a Buffalo Wild Wings. I had an issue last November with it and have not been back since. Today we were told by Bri that if we place an order online then call to request all flats we would be able to get them. So we did that and upon arriving they decided that they could not do it so just made us a mixed order anyway. We were told by Connor it’s “corporate policy” to not do all of one type on wing Tuesday. I have been a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings for years and this location is the only one I have EVER had an issue with. If we were not able to do it then it would have been nice to be told that over the phone so we could place our order at a different wing spot that will accommodate this request. Very disappointed that the closest Buffalo Wild Wings to us has given us problems.

My dad and I went to eat lunch and the service was horrible. I usually try and give the wait staff the benefit of the doubt but I can't. It was slow. Our waiter had maybe 3 tables and we saw our waiter maybe 3 times. Once to take our order once to give our drinks and once to refill our drinks. And the last time we had to call him over to us. The food was good so no complaints there but the service was horrible.
