Whataburger

We ordered at 1:17 am on 10/2/22. It took over 20 minutes to receive our order. First we had our gravy missing and also there was no bacon which we paid for $1.50 extra. When I asked for the gravy, the employee just didn’t care and was going slow and horrible service.

This Whataburger is very good, the food always tates good and the service is really fast here. The drive through line is usually backed up around lunch but if you're a fan of their breakfast like me, I usually dine in and am done eating within 20 minutes.

Whataburger food and service just is not what it once was, and never will be ever again. The new generation of teenage workers, at least many of them, cannot function in any type of workplace, and don't know about respect for anyone, customers, or their managers authority. These types of workers is about all the hiring managers can find, if anybody at all. Many unemployed people are still taking their extended paid vacation by pretending to be busy applying at random jobs they don't care to work at. In other words, a shortage of people applying there is not helping, so they have to hold on to their few worthless employees they still have for "dear life" or be short handed even further. This is probably why they don't fire the "underperformers" because it's better than no employees at all. Unfortunately, the bad quality workers know this and use it to their advantage.
